I am very pleased with the service provided by Alex. He quickly determined the cause of my problem and did his best to fix the problem. Unfortunately the refrigerator is over 20 years old and beyond a long time repair. His temporary fix should last for a while and give us time to shop for a replacement. Hopefully I do not need the services of an appliance repair technician any time soon but when I do I hope Alex is still available. It’s very hard to find a competent technician but I’m adding Alex to my first call list.
